Internships
The Workforce Development Program offers training and guidance on soft skills, workplace relationships, and job responsibility to prepare youth to be successful in the 21st-Century workforce they hope to enter. Youth receive college preparedness, financial literacy, career exploration, and workplace professionalism mentoring. LETS GO mentors and coaches STEM intern/apprentice candidates to ensure they are prepared for the professional environment in which they will work as STEM interns/apprentices.
